This document walks through creating a Serial Subscriptions account. Signup uses email verification so the platform can confirm your address before you choose a password.

Steps

1. Open the site and start signup
   Go to https://serialsubscriptions.com/ and choose the signup option (link or button) to begin registration.
2. Enter your details
   Provide your name and email address in the signup form and submit it.
3. Verify your email and set your password
   Check the inbox for the address you used. Open the verification message from Serial Subscriptions and follow the link inside. That step completes signup and lets you set your password for the new account.

 

If you do not see the message within a few minutes, check spam or promotions folders. You can use the platform’s password or account recovery flows later if you need to reset access.

After sign up: join or create an organization

After you sign up, you will be prompted to either join an existing organization or create a new one.

• Join an organization
  You need an invitation from that organization. Contact someone who administers the organization and ask them to send you an invite to your account email.
• Create an organization
  After you log in, if your account is not yet part of an organization, the app offers Create a new organization (for example on the user dashboard). Choose it to open the Organization Information screen.

  You need to be signed in, and this option only appears while you still need to create or join an organization. If you already belong to one, use the usual menus and pages for your organization instead.

  On Organization Information, provide:

  • Organization name (required)
  • Organization size (people) (optional)—for example 1–10, 11–25, or another range offered in the list
  • Organization address (required)
  • Website (optional)—a full web address, for example https://example.com
  • EIN / Tax ID (optional)
  • Primary contact (optional)—name, email, and phone; your name and email may appear here by default when you first open the form

  
  Select Save and Continue. Serial Subscriptions creates the organization and connects it to your account. You are then taken to your new organization’s main area, or back to what you were doing before if the app sent you here to finish setup first (for example choosing a subscription).
